Which supplements should I take?

A common question at Results is What Supplements Should I Take? There is not a simple answer to this question. Everyone has different eating habits, workout levels, and stress levels.

At Results we have compiled a general starting point for which supplements you should consume. These supplement combinations are what our customers use to see phenomenal results. As you probably already know, losing body fat and gaining muscle is not an easy task. The key to successfully building a top quality body and supplement program is to start with the basics (essential supplements), adding new supplements to see if they work for you, and being consistent in working out & taking supplements everyday).
