My personal diet & supplementation program

9 a.m. (1 hour Pre Workout)

  • 2 large scoops of ALRI Lipolytic Whey protein powder
  • 1 large bowl of oatmeal
  • 1 piece of fruit
  • 1 Animal Pak Multi-Vitamin
  • 2 glucosamine plus CSA super strength tablets
  • 2 vitamin C 1000mg capsules
  • 3 Omega 3-6-9 capsules
  • 1 Venom capsule or some caffeine/stimulant
  • 1 Jungle Warfare capsule

(10 minutes prior to workout)

  • 1.5 scoops of PURE VITARGO, power punch
  • 1 teaspoon of BCAA powder (5 grams)
  • 4 N’Gorge capsules
  • 1 Bad Ass Mass capsule
  • 3 Cr2 (CEE) capsules
  • 1 teaspoon of glutamine (5 grams)
  • 1 XXX Mass capsule

1st WORKOUT 9:45 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.

Post workout goodies:

  • 3 scoops of PURE VITARGO, power punch
  • 4 Scoops of Xtend by Primaforce (watermelon flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon of glutamine powder (5 grams)
  • 3 Cr2 capsules
  • 1 teaspoon of BCAA powder (5 grams)
  • 2 large scoops of whey isolate protein powder, 70 grams (30 minutes post
    workout)

12:30 p.m.

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 bowl of veggies
  • 2 baked potatoes
  • 3 Joint Aid capsules

3 p.m.

  • 1lb of lean red meat
  • 1 bowl of rice
  • 1 bowl of veggies
  • 1 XXX Mass capsule
  • 2 vitamin C 1000mg capsules

4 p.m.

  • 1 protein bar if hungry

5:30 p.m.

  • 2 cans of tunafish or 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 bowl of oatmel

6:00 p.m. (preworkout)

  • 1 scoop of PURE VITARGO
  • 1 Jungle Warfare capsule
  • 3 Cr2 capsules
  • 1 tsp. Of BCAA powder (5 grams)
  • 4 N’Gorge capsules
  • 1 XXX Mass capsule
  • 1 Bad Ass Mass capsule
  • Caffeine or stimulant

2ND WORKOUT 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.

Post workout goodies:

11:30 p.m.

  • 2 scoops of PM Protein powder (50grams)
  • 3 ZMA capsules
  • 2 CLA capsules
  • 2 Lean Dreams capsules
