I KNOW it has been quite some time since my last update! I’ll bring everyone current on what is going on with The “BIG” Cheese!!

Yes, The BIG Cheese beanies are finally here! I had a ton of requests for these and now I’m delivering on my promise. I’m not a huge beanie fan but I like the yellow on black and it is very comfortable. I didn’t think a big yellow cheese head was appropriate to wear at body building show!

Here are some pics from the San Francisco Pro show. I actually filled out for this show and looked much better than at the Arnold Classic. I weighed in at 286lbs (277lbs at the Arnold). My next show will most likely be the Toronto Pro on June 4th in Niagara Falls. The venue is going to be in a casino and has a great competitor line up. It looks like I’m going to go after my EXTREME conditioning to make my mark at this show again. I will cost me some pounds of muscle but I think the dry, freaky shredded look is my best weapon. Hope to see a lot of my friends and fans there!!
