Orlando Pro

Obviously, the judges were going for the smaller apples in this show! I thought I looked good enough to crack the top 3, but wound up in 5th place. I spoke with one of the judges after the show to see what was happening, he told me I have to come in FREAKY condition and I would have walked away with the show. I came in good condition, but I guess I need that extra crisp look to place where I should. It’s a very difficult task to get that look, but I’m up for the challenge! Overall, this show helped me see what I needed to improve in the next three weeks. Now it’s the time for the MAIN show that I’m after, the NOC!

I wasn’t in the audience but I thought Haidar had first place and Charles in second. I thought George Farrah should have placed higher as well and I know he’ll make the necessary adjustments and come in on the money for the NOC. I have to say all the competitors came in really descent condition and it was a good show. I want to thank Quincy for the compliments on my improvements; it meant a lot coming from the BIG man. Once QT dials it in again, LOOK OUT, he’s a main contender in ANY show!

I want to thank George for his guidance and know he’ll help me dial it in HARD AS NAILS for the NOC. I had a great time with all my friends and my beautiful wife, Natasha while in Orlando. Had great dinners after the show and spent a day at Universal Studios, Island of Adventure—But DANG, they have to make those rides for bigger people!!

I want to thank all the people who came to support me in Orlando; my fans, friends, and wonderful wife. I finally want to thank my good friend Hodge who is ALWAYS there when I need him, thanks bro!
