Off-Season Finally

Well, after six months of hard-core dieting, finally, my off-season is here!! This was a true test of my dieting endurance. I started my diet January 2nd and ran it through till June 12th. It was WAY too much for me as I started to really fade around the NOC timeframe. I still was coming in hard, but was losing too much of my fullness. By the time Toronto came around, I was flat as a pancake! I learned that I really have to focus on one major show. My body just won’t allow me to peak show after show. I guess I’m still in the learning curve as far as knowing my body and limitations. Glad I’m only 30!

HUNGARY PRO SHOW

As far as Hungary goes, I thought I was in the running. I came in really hard and striated, only a tad bit flat, but nothing major. Very strange call-outs and it seemed like they were definitely favoring certain bodybuilders. I can understand some guys beating me in round one (symmetry), but round 2 (muscularity)???? Why even bother having this round if you are not going to score it fairly. Guys with no calves and lacking in some major areas (hams and back). I’m just a little perplexed on what the judges are looking at in the side chest pose or a back lat spread! I wound up in 8th place. Here is a link to some of the pics, let me know what you think:

If anyone ever goes to Hungary, you’ve GOT to try their ice cream and Hungarian goulasch!!!

Ohhhh TORONTO!

Yes, I placed fifth and yes, it was a small gift. I thought I would not carb up as much and come in smaller, hoping to look streamlined. Well, it totally backfired! I came in smaller all-right, small, flat and watering looking. If you don’t know what flat is, then look at the pictures of me at the Toronto show. Compare them with my fuller look from Orlando and you’ll notice a major difference. I truly believe that if I would had focused only on this show I would have won it without a problem. Like I stated earlier, I just need to focus on one show and look my very best. Anyway, I still had a great time after the show with my good friends Hodge and HEIKO!

GET SOME MASS RESULTS DVD!

Now that my shows are over, I’m finishing up my new hardcore and informative training DVD. My fans are going to be VERY happy with this DVD! I’m putting EVERYTHING I’ve got into making this a very informative and entertaining production. The DVD is going to cover full training, diet, supplementation and nutrition programs. After people watch my DVD, I want to make sure they’ll be able to consistently make HUGE gains in SIZE and strength.

Hitting a plateau when trying to add size and strength is just frustrating. If you follow everything in my DVD, then that word definitely won’t be in your vocabulary anymore. I want my fans to be excited when they jump on that scale and overwhelmed when they look in the mirror! Just to show you how powerful this information is, just look at my own results over the past few years. I used to compete at my BB shows at an o.k. conditioned 233lbs. Now, I tip the scales at a ripped, competitive weight of 275lbs and still growing!!

I’m currently shooting parts of the DVD at a body weight of 320lbs. It’s only been TWO weeks since the Toronto where I competed at 268lbs. Just goes to show you how depleted and deprived I was. All I’ve done was increase my carbs to about 800-1000grams per day! I think I’ll be hitting the 340lb mark before I start getting ready for my next show. The DVD should be finished by mid-July and ready for shipping at the end of July. Get ready to GROW my friends!!!
