Hope your summer was fun and enjoyable! I spent most of my time traveling for work and in the gym. I did get a chance to get away and spend some quality time with Natasha though.

This Thursday I'll be heading out for the Mr. Olympia. Unfortunately I won't be competing but I will be at the expo on Friday and Saturday 10-5pm. IT'S OFFICIAL! ROCKY ROAD FLAVOR IS A HIT!  Optimum did it again and came up with a new flavor of ProComplex to break up the monotony of protein powders!  It's my new favorite now!

Optimum is also releasing a POWERFUL new product very soon. It has some super POTENT ingredients and looks to be a very promising product for size and strength.  I might be able to tell you more about it after the Olympia, but for now it's hush, hush.

PROHORMONES BANNED!

We have until about mid-January to sell them, but after that they are illegal. I know it really sucks but you can't mess with the government. Maybe if Arnold was president things would be different...umm probably NOT! You may want to consider stocking up in the near future.
